Raju Shanbhag at TCM writes that Elitegroup Computer Systems (ECS) will launch low cost laptops aimed to knock the Asus Eee of its position as the the Alpha of the Ultra Portables [Source]. According to Shandbhag, the laptop will use 3G Networks to connect to the Internet.
